1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the NET-BRIDGE Store website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.
2. Shipping & Delivery
All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery destination. We utilize third-party couriers for all deliveries.
Following payment verification, orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery times are 1-3 business days for Metro Manila and 7-14 business days for provincial locations. These are estimates and may vary based on courier performance.
3. Order Processing
Our standard order verification window is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT. Orders submitted outside of this window will be processed on the subsequent business day. We reserve the right to verify all orders for security and fraud prevention purposes.
4. Cancellations
Order cancellation requests must be submitted to our sales department within 24 hours of the initial transaction. Once an order has been dispatched for shipment, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. Please provide your order number with any cancellation request to ensure prompt attention.
5. Returns & Replacements
Requests for returns or replacements must be initiated within seven (7) calendar days of receipt. All returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in perfect condition.
Defective items will undergo a diagnostic process to confirm the fault prior to a replacement or refund being issued. The client is responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping costs associated with returns or replacements.
A restocking fee, ranging from 15% to 27% of the purchase price, will be applied to items damaged due to customer misuse or for returns with missing components. The exact fee is determined by the extent of the damage or the cost of the missing parts.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days. Please be aware that any transaction fees incurred during the purchase or refund process may be deducted from the final refund amount.
7. Limitation of Liability
NET-BRIDGE is not liable for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the client. The client is responsible for any freight charges incurred to return or redeliver an order due to such errors.
Once an order is transferred to our third-party courier, liability for the shipment, including any loss or damage, transfers to the courier. We will provide full assistance in coordinating with the courier to resolve any issues, but the claim must be filed directly by the client.
8. Warehouse Pickup
Warehouse pickup is available by appointment only. Please contact our sales team to schedule a pickup time. We do not accommodate on-the-spot or unscheduled pickups.
9. Quotation Usage and Restrictions
All quotations generated by NET-BRIDGE Store are solely for the intended recipient's evaluation and purchasing decisions. Any unauthorized use of our quotations is strictly prohibited.
Prohibition of Fraudulent Bidding Practices: Companies, government organizations, and other entities are expressly prohibited from using NET-BRIDGE quotations to simulate competitive bidding processes for compliance purposes without genuine intent to purchase. This includes, but is not limited to, using our quotations as fake competition documents to satisfy procedural requirements while favoring predetermined suppliers.
Compliance Verification: NET-BRIDGE reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any procurement process that references our quotations. Any suspected misuse will result in immediate termination of business relationships and potential legal action.
Authorized Use Only: Our quotations may only be used for legitimate price comparison and procurement evaluation by the requesting organization. Any other use requires explicit written authorization from NET-BRIDGE management.
10. Document Fraud and Template Misuse
NET-BRIDGE quotation templates, formats, and branded documents are proprietary intellectual property protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or use of these materials is strictly prohibited.
Prohibition of Fraudulent Documentation: It is strictly forbidden to use NET-BRIDGE quotation templates, formats, or any derivative works to create fraudulent documents for scamming purposes. This includes altering company names, contact information, or other details to impersonate NET-BRIDGE or create false documentation.
Legal Consequences: Any person or entity found to be using NET-BRIDGE documentation templates for fraudulent purposes will face immediate legal action, including but not limited to criminal charges for fraud, trademark infringement, and identity theft.
Reporting Suspicious Activity: If you encounter any suspicious quotations or documents claiming to be from NET-BRIDGE, please report them immediately to our security team at [email protected].
Verification Process: All legitimate NET-BRIDGE quotations can be verified through our official channels. We recommend verifying any quotation directly with our sales team before proceeding with any transaction.

Availability and Pricing Disclaimer: Product availability and pricing are not guaranteed and may change without notice. Items may become unavailable due to stock depletion, supplier discontinuation, end-of-life (EOL) status, or end-of-sale (EOS) designation. Additionally, certain geographical areas may be non-serviceable due to logistical constraints or regional restrictions.
